- Oversaw over 200 employees in manufacturing, customer service, marketing, sales and management team development with California Closets from 2014 – 2017
- Managed over 125 employees and 50 subcontractors in marketing, sales, product ordering and customer service with Renewal by Andersen from 2017 to 2018.
- Led California Closets out of four years of prior losses during the economic downturn to profits +100% EBITDA growth over four years as Vice President of Sales and Marketing.
- Responsible for developing strategy and executing tactical plans that improved the company’s financial performance by double the five years as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for California Closets
- Provided leadership that resulted in an annual 22% sales growth and 39% production growth totaling over $60 Million in annual revenues for Renewal by Andersen from 2017 to 2018.
- Created and effectively managed annual budgets and a national marketing plan that raised both top line and bottom-line results from 5% to 20% annually from 2008 – 2014 with California Closets.
- Responsible for over $30 Million in annual revenues and $3 Million in profit along the West Coast company-owned franchises with California Closets from 2014-2017.
- Member of leadership team that designed and introduced the first-ever company Credo.
- Strategically created a franchise advisory committee to define and develop the California Closets ‘Playbook’ of strategic moves for individual franchisees to follow that embodied the culture of the brand and grow their businesses both top line and bottom line.
- Primary agent for national partnership with Costco to provide custom storage solutions to their members.
- Worked with internationally known top fashion brand to develop a co-branded custom closet line.
- Introduced the Facilitative Sales Model that is taught to over 1000 Design Consultants within California Closets.
- Facilitated the design of the Installation Technician Competency model for a custom installation experience.
- Facilitated the design of the Showroom Experience model for training consultants how to use the retail showroom most effectively.
- Responsible for the complete product launch timeline and introduction to franchises of the VirtuosoÔ product line and the LagoÔ Italian textured finishes to the California Closets system. This included sample cases, training materials, collateral and distribution details.
- Pioneered and tested the first national Professional Organizing services program through California Closets.
- Planned messaging and hosted national media tours for California Closets as the Chief Design Officer with over twenty radio and live television interviews annually from 2008 – 2014.
- Guest blogged as a design and organizational expert for several publications including Huffington Post, New York Spaces and Popsugar.
- Acted as company spokesperson for national media and publications including CNN, HGTV, the New York Times, and The Today Show.
- Participated as a co-sponsor and vendor presenter in Oprah’s ‘Live your Best Life’ tour in 2001 and 2003.
